DESCRIPTION:Visitors\, friends\, family\, members from other clubs  are all welcome to attend  IPMS Queensland club meetings as  guests.\nAt every second monthly meeting the club runs a competition with formal judging.  This provides an opportunity to have your work critiqued and to receive pointers on how to improve your modelling skills.  The monthly competition results are collated and used to award the Modeller of the Year. \nMembers and guests are encouraged to bring along their completed models or works in progress.

SUMMARY:IPMS Qld June Workshop (Judging)
DESCRIPTION:The club runs an informal workshop on the first Sunday of each month in the Albany Creek State School Library\, starting at 9:00 am.  Modellers are welcome to bring their latest project and tool kit and spend a few hours in the company of fellow club members building their latest creation.  Demonstration tutorials are frequently run at the workshops\, presenting specific skills and techniques.
